Our USKO students had a great time during Open Mat Kickboxing last weekend. Training focused on Muay Thai technique, conditioning and extra mat time to help students continue building confidence and sharpening their skills. Great energy and hard work from everyone in Orange & Riverside! Shout out to those who came out from San Diego & Los Angeles! Ossss!
