We had a great group of students come out to get in some extra rounds and sharpen their skills in both Muay Thai Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Team training is a great opportunity for our students to work together, gain experience, build confidence, and prepare for competition.

At USKO, our students train year-round in martial arts and kickboxing to prepare for local competitions in and around Riverside, Los Angeles & Orange County. These tournaments help build discipline, confidence, and real-world skills both on and off the mat.

Training focused on Muay Thai technique, conditioning and extra mat time to help students continue building confidence and sharpening their skills. Back in March, a few of our USKO kickboxing students had the opportunity to represent at the WAKO competition in Colorado Springs.
